  Practice Areas • Asset Protection

In today’s litigious society, perhaps now more than even it’s important to ensure that your assets remain protected. Lindsey will work with you to develop effective strategies to protect your assets by reorganizing your core personal assets.  Often times, this entails the formation of a an S-corporation, a family limited partnership (FLP), limited liability company (LLC), or series limited liability company (Series LLC) to house your personal asset portfolio.  Frequently, these entities are sitused in the state of Delaware or the state of Nevada, to afford clients greater levels of asset protection.

Lindsey’s law firm, Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. has its own registered agent services offices in Delaware and Nevada which can provide sublessor and registered agent services to further bolster the asset protection of Delaware and Nevada state law.

Structures are customized based on your individual asset portfolio to meet the needs of your particular circumstances and multiple tiers of asset protection are incorporated into one entity.

Lindsey will coordinate this structure with existing estate plans to ensure that you and your family are fully protected.
