Lindsey’s early career in business
and finance enables her to effectively advise on both the legal
and business implications of various corporate transactions. She
works with clients of all sizes to address business establishment,
ongoing business and legal issues, business sale and ownership
transfer, and succession planning. Lindsey’s concentration in estate planning and asset protection
allow her to advise clients on which entity would best suit
a client’s needs. She examines and advises on entity
choice, provides suggestions on how to incorporate additional
layers of asset protection and ensures that the structure design
lends itself to long-term estate planning.
